Basic Tutorial - Contact Labels
Through Manage Labels, you can manage labels you own, starting from adding the labels you want, deleting labels or editing existing labels.
This label can later be useful when sending email. When going to send email to several contacts with a certain category, you only need to select the label to be sent.
To manage contact labels, you can open them via the Contact Book dropdown button. Then select Manage Labels.
Here you can perform several actions to manage labels.
- Add Label button: You can add any label you want.
Contact Book menu → click the drop down button → Manage Labels → Edit / Add Label (as needed) → Done
- More button: There are 3 options here, you can edit labels, delete labels, and export labels (without the need to go to the Contact Book).
- List Used Label in Form or Email Campaign: You can see how many forms or emails that have used your label. If you click, it will direct to the Form or Email of the label you want to search for.
NOTE: Deleting a label does not mean deleting all the contacts in the label.
