Detail Report Email

If you have difficulties or some questions regarding Email Report, here we have summarized the important points:

  1. Some email recipients may be detected as having opened the email first (Open Rate) even though the recipient has not actually opened the email. This is because the email server checks incoming email, so that the checked email content has been detected in the Open Rate even though the email recipient has not actually opened it at all.

  2. If you find the Email Report is still 0%, most likely our system is preparing the report to be displayed. This generally happens sometime after you send the email. If the Email Report is still 0%, and it has been several hours after you sent the email, you can contact us so we can help you check the Email Report.
