How to Pay via Virtual Account

Here you will learn about how to make payments via Virtual Account. By choosing this method, you don’t need to confirm payment because later the payment will be automatically updated in the billing, and the package you choose will be activated immediately in your MTARGET account. If you find it difficult to make payments with a Virtual Account, you can choose several options below based on the bank you are using to make the payment


Mandiri

ATM

STEP 1: FIND THE NEAREST ATM

  1. Enter the ATM and press “Indonesian”.
  2. Enter your PIN, then press “Correct”.
  3. Select “Payment”, then select “Multi Payment”.

STEP 2: PAYMENT DETAILS

  1. Enter company code ‘88608’, then press ‘BENAR’.
  2. Enter the Virtual Account Number that you got from the Invoice, then press ‘CORRECT’.
  3. Enter the nominal you want to transfer, then press “CORRECT”.
  4. Customer information will be displayed, select number 1 in accordance with the nominal payment then press “YES”.
  5. A payment confirmation will appear, press “YES”, to continue.

STEP 3: SUCCESSFUL TRANSACTION

  1. Save proof of your transaction
  2. Your transaction is successful
  3. After your transaction is complete, this invoice will be updated automatically. This process may take up to 5 minutes

I-BANKING

STEP 1: LOG IN TO YOUR ACCOUNT

  1. Open the Mandiri Internet Banking website https://ibank.bankmandiri.co.id
  2. Log in using your USER ID and PASSWORD.
  3. Go to the home page, then select “Payment”.
  4. Select “Multi Payment”.

STEP 2: PAYMENT DETAILS

  1. Select 88608 XENDIT as your service provider.
  2. Enter the Virtual Account Number that you get from the Invoice.
  3. Then select Continue.
  4. If all the details are correct, press “CONFIRM”.
  5. Enter the PIN / Challenge Code Token.

STEP 3: SUCCESSFUL TRANSACTION

  1. After your payment transaction is complete, save proof of payment.
  2. This invoice will be updated automatically. This may take up to 5 minutes.

M-Banking

STEP 1: LOG IN TO YOUR ACCOUNT

  1. Open the Mandiri Online application, enter your USERNAME and PASSWORD.
  2. Select “Pay”.
  3. Select “Multipayment”.

STEP 2: PAYMENT DETAILS

  1. Select 88608 XENDIT as your service provider.
  2. Enter the Virtual Account Number that you get from the Invoice.
  3. Press “Continue”.
  4. Review and confirm your transaction details, then press Confirm.
  5. Complete the transaction by entering your MPIN.

STEP 3: SUCCESSFUL TRANSACTION

  1. After your payment transaction is complete, save proof of payment
  2. This invoice will be updated automatically. This may take up to 5 minutes

BRI Banks

ATM

STEP 1: FIND THE NEAREST ATM

  1. Insert the card, then select language and enter your PIN.
  2. Select “Other Transactions” and select “Payment”.
  3. Select the “Other” menu and select “Briva”.

STEP 2: PAYMENT DETAILS

  1. Enter the Virtual Account Number that you got from the Invoice and the amount you want to pay.
  2. Check transaction data and press “YES”.

STEP 3: SUCCESSFUL TRANSACTION

  1. After the transaction is complete, this invoice will be updated automatically. This process may take up to 5 minutes.

I-Banking

STEP 1: LOG IN TO YOUR ACCOUNT

  1. Open the site https://ib.bri.co.id/ib-bri/, and enter the USER ID and PASSWORD.
  2. Select “Payment” and select “Briva”.

STEP 2: PAYMENT DETAILS

  1. Enter the Virtual Account Number that you get on the Invoice and the amount you want to pay.
  2. Enter your password then enter mToken internet banking.

STEP 3: SUCCESSFUL TRANSACTION

  1. After your transaction is complete, this invoice will be updated automatically. This process may take up to 5 minutes.

M-Banking

STEP 1: LOG IN TO YOUR ACCOUNT

  1. Open the BRI Mobile Banking application, enter the USER ID and PIN.
  2. Select “Payment” and select “Briva”.

STEP 2: PAYMENT DETAILS

  1. Enter your Virtual Account Number that you get on the Invoice and the amount you want to pay.
  2. Enter the BRI Mobile Banking PIN.

STEP 3: SUCCESSFUL TRANSACTION

  1. After your transaction is complete, this invoice will be updated automatically. This process may take up to 5 minutes.
