There are 3 parts that you need to know in the ‘User Profile’. Here’s the explanation:

User Profile

Here you can make several settings for your account:

1. Profile Picture: Upload a profile photo that will be used by your account.
2. Firstname: Filled with the first name of your account.
3. Lastname: Contains the last name of your account.
4. Email Address: Contains your account email address.
5. Phone: The phone number that is actively used.
6. Time Format: Choice of time format you want to use.

Change Email

If you want to change your email account, just fill in the ‘New Email Address’ section with the new email you want to use. Then click ‘Save Changes’

After that, the system will send a confirmation email to the new email the you use. If it has been confirmed, the email you used to log in will change with the email you just updated.

Change Password

Here’s a way to change passwords:

1. Currently Password: Enter the password you currently use.
2. New Password: Enter the new password you want to use.
3. Confirm Password: Retype the new password you want to use.
4. Save: click the Save button to save your new password.

NOTE: Requirements for a password are at least 8 characters, using symbols, numbers and capital letters of at least 1.
