Here are some basic questions that you might find when having difficulty using Team Management and some things you need to know are also related to Team Management in the form of FAQs.
Is it necessary to first create an MTARGET account to invite my partner in Team Management?
No, your partner does not need to create an MTARGET account. Because later when you invite your partner, the registered email will be an email that can be used to access your MTARGET account. Technically, your partner will not create a new account because it is directly direct to your account.
How many minimum members can I invite?
This depends on the package you chose. Team Management is an Add-on package. So, how many members can be invited will depend on your needs. For member limitation, it will appear in the 'Team Management' menu.
Are the roles of each role different?
Of course it's different, to see details on what each role can do, you can read our other documentation here. What needs to be underlined is only the role Admin can access the Billing menu.
Can I monitor my partner's activities?
Yes you can, simply by accessing the 'Team Management' menu and then clicking the action button on the member you want to see the activity. Later there will appear an 'Activity history' containing your partner's work activities in the MTARGET account.
Does the email account that can be invited need to match the domain that I have?
No. The concept of Team Management is different from the email sender which needs to use a special domain and needs to have the same domain. Your partner can use email with a free domain like in Gmail, Ymail, Outlook, and others.
