Update November 11, 2017

Submit Limitation on Form

You can now set a submission limit on published forms. For example, if you have a form with a submission limit of 100 audiences, the form will automatically close once it reaches that limit and can no longer be submitted.

Image Choices on Form

The latest update to forms allows you to create multiple choice and checkbox options using images. This means customers can make selections based on images instead of just text.

Cancel Schedule in Email Marketing

Need to cancel a scheduled email? You can now cancel previously scheduled emails by pressing the edit button and selecting cancel schedule on the desired email. Once canceled, the email will automatically be saved as a draft.

Forward, Reply, and Complaint on Email Marketing

Your customers can now forward, reply to, and file complaints about emails you send. The forward button allows customers to pass the email on, the reply button enables direct responses, and the complaint button allows customers to file a complaint directly with MTARGET regarding your email.

Preheader on Email Marketing

You can now add a preheader to your emails. A preheader is a brief summary text that follows the subject line when the email is viewed in the inbox.

View Email in Your Browser

This update allows your customers to view the sent email in their browser by clicking on "view email in your browser."

Delivered Rule on Email Automation

We have introduced a new rule in email automation called "delivered." This rule acts as a trigger for sending the next email once the previous email has been delivered to the customer.

Send Test Email on Email Automation

One of the updates to email automation is the ability to send test emails. This ensures that the emails sent are exactly what you intended.
