User management in Mailtarget is the process of managing users and permissions within an account. This includes add and remove users in Mailtarget dashboard.

To find out what's in this menu, you can access the user profile in the top right then click Account Setting > User Management menu.

Here, you will find out several features, such as:

  • Add New User

  • Delete User

  • Resend Email

Add New User

If you are the account owner and want to add a new user, click the Add New User button. Enter new user email address to give them access to your Mailtarget dashboard.

You cannot add an email address that is already registered as a Mailtarget user. After you add an email address, click the invite user button, your new user will be sent a verification email to continue the activation process.

As long as the new user has not verified, the status displayed on the dashboard is Pending, if it has been verified the status will become Active.

Delete User / Resend Email Verification

If you want to delete a user, click the delete icon on the dashboard indicated by number 1, then you will be asked to confirm user deletion. If you want to resend the verification email, click the resend icon shown in number 2.
