This article will discuss how to downgrade your MTARGET subscription package.

Downgrade Subscription Package

  1. First, log in to your MTARGET account.

  2. Click the User menu in the top right corner, then select Billing; or click Settings in the sidebar and select Billing.

  3. You will see a list of your subscription packages.

  4. Click the Update My Package button, and you will be directed to the Update My Package page.

  5. On this page, there is information about your current subscription package.

  6. Select the desired package and add additional features if needed, and adjust your email sending estimate.

  1. You will see the difference in quota compared to the previous subscription package, as well as information about changes to the subscription package that may affect ongoing campaigns.

  2. Click the Continue button to choose tax settings, payment method, and receive your bill.

  1. After the payment is complete, you can click the Confirm Payment button to finalize the transaction, don't forget to upload your proof of payment.
