In this article, you will learn how to upgrade your MTARGET package in the middle of your subscription period. Here are the steps you need to follow:
Log in to MTARGET, then click User Menu at the top right and select Billing.
On the Billing page, click the Upgrade button.
You will be directed to the page to choose a new package. Select the package according to your email quota needs. Then choose to pay monthly or annually.
Choose the payment method you prefer and enter a voucher code if you have one.
After selecting the payment method, you will receive an invoice containing the details you need to pay. Once the package payment is complete, confirm the payment by clicking the "Confirm Payment" button to upload the payment receipt.
Note: If you upgrade your package when your email quota has not been used up, the old email quota will be deleted and replaced with the new email quota. However, if you purchase additional email quota, the extra quota will not be deleted but will be automatically used when your primary quota is exhausted. Click here to learn how to add email quota.
