Configuration
In the form, you can configure the following settings:
Name: Indicates the name of the form you created.
Contact Form: Indicates whether the data from the form will be saved in your contacts. If "Yes", the data will be saved in the contacts. If "No", the data will only be displayed in the report and not saved in the contacts.
Labels: If you choose "Yes" for the Contact Form, it will appear with the labels under which the contact is saved.
As long as no data is stored in the form, you can edit the above configurations. Just click on Configuration, and you can make changes to the three items above.
Component
You can add components to the form via the plus button located at the bottom right, then a list of components you can choose from will appear.
The components provided in the form are as follows:
Short Answer
You can add a component in the form of short text. In the Text Field, you can make several settings, namely:
Required
If you want to make the Text Field mandatory for readers, set required to “Yes”.Field Tag
Select the field tag where you will call the data if it is saved in the contacts.Field Type
Choose the field type for the type of data that must be filled in by the form fillers.There are three types of field types, namely:
Text: To provide text input.
Email: To provide email input.
Date: To provide date input.
Title
Write the title of the Text Field in the Form. You can also set whether the title of the field will be displayed or not. If “Show”, it will be displayed. If “Hide”, it will not be displayed.Placeholder
A guide that will guide form fillers on what they should fill in, such as: Insert your name.
Long Answer
You can add a component in the form of long text. In the Text Area, you can make several settings, namely:
Required

Multiple Choice
You can add a component in the form of several choices but only one can be selected by the user. In Multiple Choice, you can make several settings, namely:
Required
If you want to make Multiple Choice mandatory for readers, set required to “Yes”.Field Tag

Write the title of the Multiple Choice in the Form. You can also set whether the title will be displayed or not. If “Show”, it will be displayed. If “Hide”, it will not be displayed.Choices
Image Choices
Select "Yes" if you want to add choices in the form of images in the form.Other Choices
Select "Yes" if you want to provide an option that can be filled in manually by the audience.Label Choices
This option will appear if you select "Yes" for image choices. If you select "Yes" for label choices, you can provide a description for the image choices.Style
List: The image will appear arranged vertically from top to bottom.
Grid: The image will appear arranged horizontally with one row containing two images.
If the content settings are appropriate, you can click the Save button to save these settings.
Checkbox
You can add a component in the form of several choices, but the user can select more than one. In Checkbox, you can make several settings, namely:
Required
If you want to make Checkbox mandatory for readers, set required to “Yes”.Title
Write the title of the Checkbox in the Form. You can also set whether the title will be displayed or not. If “Show”, it will be displayed. If “Hide”, it will not be displayed.Choices
Image Choices

You can add a component in the form of several choices, but the form fillers can only select one of the available choices. In Dropdown, you can make several settings, namely:

Write the options you will give to the form fillers. Add More Options to provide more options.
Upload File
If you want to add a section to upload files, you can use this component. The maximum file size can be determined by yourself, but our system limits the maximum file size to 20mb.

If you want to make Upload File mandatory for readers, set required to “Yes”.Field Tag
Select the field tag where you will call the data if it is saved in the contacts.Title
Write the title of the Upload File in the Form. You can also set whether the title will be displayed or not. If “Show”, it will be displayed. If “Hide”, it will not be displayed.Max Size
The maximum file size can be determined by yourself with the limit of the largest file size being 20mb.
Phone
You can use this component to add a field containing a number.
Section
This component can be used as a separator for each section of the Form you want to create. So for example, if you want to create a Form then divide it into 2 parts, you can use this component.
Show Title <br> Option to display the title in each section.
Section Title <br> Here you can provide the title for each section.
