This feature allows users who fill out your form to receive a copy via email. Here are the steps to enable the Response Receipt feature:
Go to the Form menu.
Select the form you want to use.
After entering "Design Form," in the Form Setting section, select Response Form.
Enable the switch in Response Receipt, then select the email sender you want to use.
Click "Save."
Publish the Form.
Once you have enabled the Response Receipt option, your form will include a checklist for receiving a copy of the form data. If users click on this checklist, they will receive a copy of their form data via email.
