In this article, you will learn how to delete contacts from a Form. Let's assume that you don't have any subscribers yet. So, you need to create a Form (To create a Form, you can read here). After you share the Form, someone will fill it out. Then the contact email will be filled in the Form report and will automatically be added to the Contact Book menu. However, at some point, you may want to delete it. How do you do it?

  1. Go to the Form menu.

  2. Select the Form you are using, then click Report.

  3. Select the contact you want to delete, then click delete.

What if I delete it directly from the Contact Book?

Contacts that have been entered and then deleted manually from the Contact Book cannot register again because the email data is still in one of the Forms. Generally, an error message will appear when someone fills out the Form again. The solution is to delete the contact through the Form report. After that, if you still want to delete it, then delete it from the Contact Book.

What if I have deleted it from the Form report, but the contact email is still in the Contact Book?

The email will be considered deleted in one of the Form reports, but if the email fills out a new Form, the email will be automatically updated with the latest information.
