On this page, you will find a form that needs to be completed. Ensure that all the information you provide is accurate and complete to facilitate a smooth validation process.
Validation Process:
After submitting the form, our team will carefully review the information. This process will take up to 3 business days, after which you will receive a response from MTARGET.
