Improvement Interactive Form and Breadcrumb Navigation

This update will provide Lock Answer when you use the Interactive Form in questions. Lock Answer is used to lock the answer in questions using the Interactive Form. Lock Answer will appear in Required questions (Mandatory) and questions that do not activate Required (Not mandatory).

If you want to Unlock Answer, the answer to the question you Lock will be reset.
