We’ve released a significant enhancement to the Import Contact feature to improve user reliability and flexibility.

  • Cancel Button for Stuck Processes

    If your contact import process becomes stuck or does not complete within 30 minutes, you can now cancel it manually by clicking the Cancel button. This feature is especially useful in cases of connection issues or problematic data that might cause the process to freeze, so you no longer have to wait indefinitely.

  • Supports Multiple Simultaneous Imports

    In addition, our system now allows users to run more than one contact import at the same time. This means you can import several contact lists simultaneously, without having to wait for each import to finish. This improvement helps streamline your workflow and saves valuable time when managing large datasets.
