Here you will learn how to send messages via WhatsApp. It is important to know that all messages to be sent via WhatsApp must first create a Template Message. Without creating a Template Message, you cannot send WhatsApp messages to your contacts. If you have created a message in Template Message, you can start sending messages. Here are the steps:
Go to the WhatsApp menu.
Click "Create Message".
Here you will fill in some information:
WhatsApp name: Fill in with the campaign title.
Sender: Select the number you want to use as the sender.
Recipient: Select the contact label you want to send to.
Next, you will select the previously validated Template Message. If you later want to change the template message, click on "Configuration" and select "Update Template".
Select the message template you want to use.
Here, the template message you created will be displayed.
If you include a field in the template, a panel on the right will appear for adding data from two different sources:
Contact: Data added based on the data in the contact field.
Static: Data added based on what you enter during Compose.
After you finish checking the template message, do a send test to ensure the template is as desired.
Finally, you can start sending the WhatsApp message. If you want to send it on schedule, click the "Scheduled" button. If you want to send it immediately, you can directly click "Publish".
