Here you will learn how to make payments via Virtual Account. By choosing this method, you do not need to confirm the payment because the payment will automatically update in the billing, and the package you choose will be immediately active in your MTARGET account. If you have difficulty making payments using Virtual Account, you can choose from the options below based on the bank you use for payment.

  • Mandiri

  • Bank BRI

  • BNI

  • Permata Bank


Mandiri

ATM

STEP 1: FIND THE NEAREST ATM

  1. Insert your ATM card and select "Bahasa Indonesia".

  2. Enter your PIN, then press "Benar".

  3. Select "Pembayaran", then select "Multi Payment".

STEP 2: PAYMENT DETAILS

  1. Enter the company code '88608', then press 'BENAR'.

  2. Enter the Virtual Account Number you got from the Invoice, then press 'BENAR'.

  3. Enter the amount you want to transfer, then press "BENAR".

  4. The customer information will be displayed, select number 1 according to the payment amount then press "YA".

  5. The payment confirmation will appear, press "YES" to continue.

STEP 3: TRANSACTION SUCCESSFUL

  1. Save your transaction receipt.

  2. Your transaction is successful.

  3. After your transaction is completed, the invoice will be automatically updated. This process may take up to 5 minutes.

I-BANKING

STEP 1: LOG INTO YOUR ACCOUNT

  1. Open the Mandiri Internet Banking website https://ibank.bankmandiri.co.id.

  2. Log in using your USER ID and PASSWORD.

  3. Open the homepage, then select "Pembayaran".

  4. Select "Multi Payment".

STEP 2: PAYMENT DETAILS

  1. Select 88608 XENDIT as the service provider.

  2. Enter the Virtual Account Number you got from the Invoice.

  3. Then select Continue.

  4. If all details are correct, press "KONFIRMASI".

  5. Enter your PIN / Token Challenge Code.

STEP 3: TRANSACTION SUCCESSFUL

  1. After your payment transaction is completed, save the payment receipt.

  2. The invoice will be automatically updated. This can take up to 5 minutes.

M-Banking

STEP 1: LOG INTO YOUR ACCOUNT

  1. Open the Mandiri Online application, enter your USERNAME and PASSWORD.

  2. Select "Bayar".

  3. Select "Multipayment".

STEP 2: PAYMENT DETAILS

  1. Select 88608 XENDIT as the service provider.

  2. Enter the Virtual Account Number you got from the Invoice.

  3. Press "Lanjut".

  4. Review and confirm your transaction details, then press Confirm.

  5. Complete the transaction by entering your MPIN.

STEP 3: TRANSACTION SUCCESSFUL

  1. After your payment transaction is completed, save the payment receipt.

  2. The invoice will be automatically updated. This can take up to 5 minutes.


Bank BRI

ATM

STEP 1: FIND THE NEAREST ATM

  1. Insert your card, then select the language and enter your PIN.

  2. Select "Transaksi Lain" and choose "Pembayaran".

  3. Select the "Lainnya" menu and choose "Briva".

STEP 2: PAYMENT DETAILS

  1. Enter the Virtual Account Number you got from the Invoice and the amount you want to pay.

  2. Check the transaction data and press "YA".

STEP 3: TRANSACTION SUCCESSFUL

  1. After the transaction is completed, the invoice will be automatically updated. This process may take up to 5 minutes.

I-Banking

STEP 1: LOG INTO YOUR ACCOUNT

  1. Open the website https://ib.bri.co.id/ib-bri/, and enter your USER ID and PASSWORD.

  2. Select "Pembayaran" and choose "Briva".

STEP 2: PAYMENT DETAILS

  1. Enter the Virtual Account Number you got from the Invoice and the amount you want to pay.

  2. Enter your password and then enter the internet banking mToken.

STEP 3: TRANSACTION SUCCESSFUL

  1. After your transaction is completed, the invoice will be automatically updated. This process may take up to 5 minutes.

M-Banking

STEP 1: LOG INTO YOUR ACCOUNT

  1. Open the BRI Mobile Banking application, enter your USER ID and PIN.

  2. Select "Pembayaran" and choose "Briva".

STEP 2: PAYMENT DETAILS

  1. Enter your Virtual Account Number you got from the Invoice and the amount you want to pay.

  2. Enter your BRI Mobile Banking PIN.

STEP 3: TRANSACTION SUCCESSFUL

  1. After your transaction is completed, the invoice will be automatically updated. This process may take up to 5 minutes.


BNI

ATM

STEP 1: FIND THE NEAREST ATM

  1. Insert your ATM card.

  2. Select the language.

  3. Enter your ATM PIN.

STEP 2: PAYMENT DETAILS

  1. Select "Menu Lainnya".

  2. Select "Transfer".

  3. Select the type of account you will use (example: "Dari Rekening Tabungan").

  4. Select "Virtual Account Billing".

  5. Enter your Virtual Account Number.

  6. The bill that needs to be paid will appear on the confirmation screen.

  7. Confirm, if correct, continue the transaction.

STEP 3: TRANSACTION SUCCESSFUL

  1. Your transaction is completed.

  2. After your transaction is completed, the invoice will be automatically updated. This process may take up to 5 minutes.

I-Banking

  1. Open the website https://ibank.bni.co.id.

  2. Enter your User ID and Password.

STEP 2: PAYMENT DETAILS

  1. Select the "Transfer" menu.

  2. Select the "Virtual Account Billing" menu.

  3. Enter your Virtual Account Number.

  4. Then select the debit account to be used. Then press "Lanjut".

  5. The bill that needs to be paid will appear on the confirmation screen.

  6. Enter the Token Authentication Code.

STEP 3: TRANSACTION SUCCESSFUL

  1. Your transaction is completed.

  2. After your transaction is completed, the invoice will be automatically updated. This process may take up to 5 minutes.

M-Banking

  1. Access BNI Mobile Banking through your mobile phone.

  2. Enter your User ID and Password.

  3. Select the "Transfer" menu.

STEP 2: PAYMENT DETAILS

  1. Select the "Virtual Account Billing" menu, then choose the debit account.

  2. Enter your Virtual Account Number in the "Input Baru" menu.

  3. The bill that needs to be paid will appear on the confirmation screen.

  4. Confirm the transaction and enter your Transaction Password.

STEP 3: TRANSACTION SUCCESSFUL

  1. Your transaction is completed.

  2. After your transaction is completed, the invoice will be automatically updated. This process may take up to 5 minutes.


Permata Bank

  1. Insert your Permata Bank ATM card.

  2. Enter your PIN.

STEP 2: PAYMENT DETAILS

  1. Select the "Transaksi Lainnya" menu.

  2. Select the "Pembayaran" menu.

  3. Select the "Pembayaran Lainnya" menu.

  4. Select the "Virtual Account" menu.

  5. Enter your Virtual Account Number.

  6. Then select the debit account to be used.

  7. Confirm your transaction details.

  1. Your transaction is completed.

  2. Select "Virtual Account".

  3. Enter your Virtual Account Number.

  4. Recheck your payment details.

  5. Enter the transaction/token authentication.

STEP 3: TRANSACTION SUCCESSFUL

  1. Your transaction is completed.

  2. After your transaction is completed, the invoice will be automatically updated. This process may take up to 5 minutes.

M-Banking

  1. Open the PermataMobile Internet application.

  2. Enter your User ID and Password.

STEP 2: PAYMENT DETAILS

  1. Select "Pembayaran Tagihan".

  2. Select "Virtual Account".

  3. Enter your Virtual Account Number.

  4. Enter the transaction/token authentication.

STEP 3: TRANSACTION SUCCESSFUL

  1. Your transaction is completed.

  2. After your transaction is completed, the invoice will be automatically updated. This process may take up to 5 minutes.
