Using the Page feature integrated with Google Analytics, you can monitor user visits to the Page you create in MTARGET. But how do you do it?
Google Analytics
Google Analytics is a tool that can be used to track user behavior, such as where users visit your site and site visit statistics.
To use it, you must first integrate MTARGET with Google Analytics by adding the Google Analytics code to MTARGET. Here are the steps you can take:
Creating a Google Analytics Tracking ID
Visit the Google Analytics site and log in. Go to the admin menu located at the bottom left of the dashboard. Then select Create New Account.
You will be directed to a page to complete your account data to use Google Analytics 4.
You will be asked to add a property to measure web and app data.
Explain your business category and size.
Explain your business objectives; you can choose more than one.
In the next step, choose web as your data collection measurement.
Then enter the domain connected to the page feature on MTARGET.
After completing the data, click the next button, and you will be directed to the administration page to get the Measurement ID.
Installing Google Analytics 4 Measurement ID in MTARGET
Log in to https://mtarget.co/login.
After logging in, go to the Tools page, then click the Integration menu and select Google Analytics 4. You will be directed to the integration management page.
Paste your Google Analytics 4 Measurement ID into the provided column. Then click Save.
At this stage, you have successfully integrated Google Analytics 4 into MTARGET. Google Analytics is now ready to use for tracking user behavior visiting your page.
