Performance monitoring alerts in Mailtarget are notifications that are sent to users when certain performance thresholds are met. This would allow user to quickly take action related to the problem and resolve it very soon.

To find out what's in this menu, users can access the user profile in the top right then click Notification & Alerting menu.

After user opened the notification and alerting menu, the page will display information regarding performance monitoring settings and notification channel settings.

Performance Monitoring

In this section, users can setup performance monitoring that will be used on the account, simply by activating the switcher on the dashboard

  • Email deliverability

    Users can get information about the status of sending emails to Mailtarget, whether the process was smooth or encountered problems or delays

  • Webhook activity

    Users can set alert of the performance monitoring with webhook so user can get status of the webhook, success or failed

  • Usage monitoring

    Users can get any information about their email quota if the quota is less than 15% with alert or the quota runs out

Notification channel

In this section, the user can setup where the performance alerting that was previously selected will be sent, currently the options available are email and webhook

  • Email

    Users will receive performance notification alerts via email, users can add up to 5 emails, so that other team members also get updates via their email

  • Webhook

    Users will receive performance notification alerts via webhook, so users can setup destinations more flexible
