If you want to provide a quick response, using Live Chat is one solution. Now, our Page feature can be integrated with Crisp, a Live Chat tool.
In this article, you will learn how to integrate the Page feature with Crisp. Before starting, make sure you have a Crisp account to integrate. If you have one, follow these steps:
Log in to your Crisp Account, then select Settings.
Select the Website Settings menu.
Your account will appear, then select Settings.
Click the Setup Instructions menu.
A Website ID column will appear. Copy the code by clicking 'Copy'.
After finishing, let's switch to your MTARGET account.
Select the Page menu.
Create or select the Page you want to integrate.
After entering the Page Compose, on the right side of the Page Setting, click Analytic.
Click on Crisp Chat, then the button will change to custom.
A column will appear; paste the code you copied from the Crisp account.
Click Update Analytic. If you want to save it, click Set Global.
After finishing, publish the Page.
You have successfully integrated Crisp with the Page you created. Now your Page has Live Chat.
Note: If you want the Crisp code to be saved on the Page, you can perform Set Global at step number 6. So, you don't have to copy the code every time you create a page.
