Overview
MTARGET's Zapier integration allows you to connect your MTARGET account with various third-party applications without writing any technical code. Using Zapier, you can automate workflows like saving contacts from Google Forms, sending data to Mailchimp, or integrating MTARGET Form data with other applications like Salesforce, Crisp, and Zendesk Sell.
Through this integration, you simply use the API Key from your MTARGET account, then add it to Zapier to enable the connection between the apps.
Getting Started with the Integration
Before integrating, make sure you have:
An active Zapier account (you can create one at zapier.com).
An MTARGET account with access to the Integration menu.
A basic understanding of Zap concepts in Zapier (Triggers and Actions).
Integration Steps
1. Create MTARGET API Key
Log in to your MTARGET account.
Open the Integration menu → select Zapier.
Click the Generate API Key button to create a new API key.
Copy the API Secret Key that appears in the field.
💡 Keep your API key safe. This API key is used to connect your MTARGET account to Zapier.
2. Connect MTARGET with Zapier
Sign in to your Zapier account.
Select My Apps menu.
Type MTARGET in the search bar and select the result that appears.
You will be prompted to add an API Key / API TOKEN. Paste the API Secret Key you copied from MTARGET.
Click Save / Yes, Continue to MTARGET to complete the connection.
3. Creating an Automation Flow (Zap)
Once the integration is successful, you can start creating a Zap:
Select the Create a Zap menu in Zapier.
Specify the Trigger App (e.g., Google Sheets) and Action App (MTARGET). Click MTARGET to complete the connection.
Customize the data you want to send (e.g., New or Updated Spreadsheet Row → Save Contact in MTARGET).
Activate and test your Zap.
If the integration is successful, any data updates to your Google Sheet will be automatically saved as contacts in MTARGET.

Additional Tips
You can create more than one Zap depending on your business needs.
