MTARGET proudly introduces a set of interactive AMP (Accelerated Mobile Pages) components designed to revolutionize your email campaigns. These components allow you to create dynamic experiences and drive direct interaction inside the recipient’s inbox—transforming static emails into responsive, mini-applications.

In this initial launch phase, we’re focusing on components that deliver an immediate and significant impact on your audience engagement.

Interactive AMP Components Available in MTARGET

Here are the AMP components you can now leverage in MTARGET to create more engaging emails:

1. Text Accordion

The Accordion component lets you organize information into sections that can be expanded or collapsed. This is especially useful for managing longer content and making it easier for recipients to digest.

  • Function

Displays text in collapsible sections—expand to show details, collapse to hide them.

  • Use Cases

    • Interactive FAQ

Provide a list of FAQs with short answers, and let users expand to read the full details without leaving the email.

    • Product Descriptions

Show a summary, with options to expand into “Technical Specs,” “Full Features,” or “How to Use.”

    • Article or News Summary

Present highlights of an article, and allow readers to expand only the sections they care about.

  • Benefits

Reduces excessive scrolling, keeps emails concise and organized, and improves readability.

2. Feedback Form

The Feedback component allows you to embed interactive elements directly in the email, such as thumbs up/down responses. Recipients can submit data without being redirected to an external page.

  • Function

Collects input (e.g., text, choices) and sends it to a predefined endpoint.

  • Use Cases

    • Customer Satisfaction Surveys (NPS/CSAT)

Ask for quick ratings or feedback right after a customer interacts with your product/service.

    • Quick Polls

Gather instant audience opinions on topics such as product preferences or design choices.

  • Benefits

Increases response rates by reducing friction, speeds up data collection, and provides a smoother user experience.

3. Image Carousel (Slider)

The Carousel component enables you to showcase a series of images in a slideshow or swipeable gallery format.

  • Function

Displays multiple images in a compact area with navigation controls so users can view them sequentially.

  • Use Cases

    • Interactive Product Catalog

Highlight different views of a product or a new collection in a single email.

    • Portfolio or Project Gallery

Showcase your best work or highlight moments from an event.

    • Visual Education

Present an infographic or a step-by-step guide broken into swipeable images.

  • Benefit

Enhances visual appeal, saves layout space, and enables rich interactive visual storytelling.

HTML Fallback

While AMP components are powerful, it’s important to remember that not all email clients support AMP. For this reason, every AMP email you create in MTARGET automatically includes an HTML fallback version.

What is HTML Fallback?

  • A standard (non-AMP) version of your email displayed to recipients whose inboxes don’t support AMP.

  • Acts as a safety net to ensure your message is still delivered clearly and looks professional, regardless of AMP support.

Important Note

Fallback design matters. We strongly recommend creating a customized, attractive HTML fallback. If you don’t set one, the system will show the default fallback layout.
