    Users can interact and provide feedback using thumbs up (👍) or thumbs down (👎) icons natively within the AMP email.

    Once the response is submitted, the email content dynamically updates to display a confirmation message such as “Thank you for your feedback!”.

Usage Guide

Here are the professional steps to implement this component into your email campaign:

  1. Component Integration

    From the MTARGET builder panel, add the AMP Form Feedback component into your email body.

  2. Content Configuration

    • Click on the component to access its properties.

    • Set the question you’d like to ask your audience, such as “How Do You Feel About Our Services?”.

  3. Response Settings

    • Switch to the “After Submit” tab in the settings panel.

    • Customize the text that appears once the user submits a response. This acts as a confirmation and helps create a positive user experience.


  4. Testing

    Send a draft test email to an AMP-supported email client (e.g., Gmail). Perform testing to ensure functionality and display work perfectly.

Important: Quota and Publishing Notes

To ensure stability and optimal performance, the use of this AMP Form component follows specific rules:

  • Form Usage Quota
    Each campaign that uses this component will reduce the available Form Publish quota in your account.

  • Publication Time Limit
    Published AMP Forms will be automatically unpublished after 7 days. This helps maintain data hygiene and minimize server load.
