Send an Email through Customer Insight

You can send emails to your contacts more personally through the Customer Journey feature, because when you send targeted e-mails from Customer Journey to contact, the only one to whom you get the email is the destination address.

Here’s how to send email through the Customer Journey feature:

  1. Enter the Customer Journey menu through Contact Management.
  2. Search and select the contact you want to send the email to. After finding it, click the action button.
  3. After you click the action button, you will be taken to the contact’s personal data. In the data there is a “Send Email” button.

Then you can start creating and sending Targeted Emails using plain email to contacts.
