Send an Email through Customer Insight
You can send emails to your contacts more personally through the Customer Journey feature, because when you send targeted e-mails from Customer Journey to contact, the only one to whom you get the email is the destination address.
Here’s how to send email through the Customer Journey feature:
- Enter the Customer Journey menu through Contact Management.
- Search and select the contact you want to send the email to. After finding it, click the action button.
- After you click the action button, you will be taken to the contact’s personal data. In the data there is a “Send Email” button.
Then you can start creating and sending Targeted Emails using plain email to contacts.
