Create Template

Make it easy to create email templates, pages and API forms with the Template Manager feature.

Template Manager will make it easier for you to create templates, so that sending on email can later use the template without having to make it from the first.

There are 3 categories of templates that you can create, namely Email, Page and Form. For how to make it, you can enter the Tools menu.

Email Template

Create Email Template

If you want to create an email template, then select Create Template button.

You must fill Email Configuration:

  1. Template Name : Name of email template that ever created.
  2. Category : Choose or create category that matches with email template.

You can choose the template provided, namely:

  1. Featured Template: a collection of email templates that MTARGET provides
  2. Layouts: a collection of layout templates that MTARGET provides
  3. Plain Template: plain email template that MTARGET provides
  4. HTML Email: You can use your own email template in HTML format
  5. My Template: a collection of custom templates that you have created.

Have you found the template? Then click Select. After that, you can click Choose Template button. Create email template based on your desire.

In area of email, you can add the same components like you do on compose in email marketing.

Every time you make changes in email template, click Save to save the change.

When you have finished edit the template and fill the data, click Next.

After click Next, it will display the view of email template that you have created with data from Email Configuration

Do you want to changes email templates or Email Configuration? Click Back.

After the process of changing the email template and checking the data in Email Configuration has really finished, you can click Save Template.

Page Template

Create Page Template

If you want to create a page template, then select Page Template menu, and click Create Template button. After entering the menu, please select the base template before starting to create a page template.

You must fill in Configuration:

  1. Page Name : Name of the page template that you ever created.
  2. Page Type : Select page template type that you will create, Landing Page or Thank You Page.
  3. Page Label : Select the label that you will give to the page template.
  4. Thumbnail : Upload an image to be a thumbnail that represents of your page template.

There are 3 kind of base page template:

  1. Featured Template : a collection of page templates that MTARGET provides
  2. Shorcut Link : collection of shortcut link page templates provided by MTARGET.
  3. My Template : collection of custom page templates you’ve ever created.

Have you found the template? Click Select template then click Create Page button.

After that, You can do edit template. Make page template like you want.

There are three sections that you should look at Page Setting:

  1. Page
    • Title : the title of the page you created.
    • Description : The description of your page is for SEO purposes.
    • Keywords : Keywords in search engines for SEO.
    • Image : The image will appear on the card when sharing the page.
  2. Background To make settings the background of the page template. There are two types of backgrounds that you can choose:
    • Color : Select color from background page template based on your desire.
    • Image
      • Image : Select the source from the image you want to make background. There are two kinds of sources you can choose, there are Choose Image and URL.
      • Style : Choose the style from background that will be displayed. There are two kinds that you can choose : Tile, Center and Fill.
      • Attachment
  3. Analytic : show Google Analytic and Pixel Code that attached to the page template.

In the page area, you can add the same components like you can do on the compose page.

Do you want to make changes in the Page Template Configuration? please click Configuration.

After you have finished editing the Page Template and want to see the results, click Preview.

Do you want to make changes in the page template or Page Configuration? click Back.

After the process changes on the page template, and checking the data in Configuration is completely finished, you can click Save Template.

Template Manager - Form

Create Form Template

If you want to create a template form, then select Form Template menu, and click Create Template.

You must fill into Configuration:

  1. Form Name : Name of page template that ever created.
  2. Category : Select or create category in accordance the form template.

After you have finished filling out the Configuration, then click Design Form button.

There are 2 kinds of base template form:

  1. My Template : collection of custom form templates that you’ve ever created.
  2. Featured Template : collection of page templates such as Plain Templates and some of customized template.

After that, You can do edit template. Create form template based on your desire.

There are two sections you should look at Setting Form :

  1. Form Detail
    • Submit Button
    • Title : Name of button that is used when user submits the form. - Form Limitation
    • Max Responses : the maximum number of responses that can be given to the form. - Redirection after Submit
    • Message : After submitting a response, the user will be direct to the message according to what you write, like: Thank You.
    • URL : After submitting a response, the user will be direct into a URL based on what you write.
    • Page : After submitting a response, the user will be direct to a page according to the one you choose.

    Click Save, if the settings in Form Detail are the same.

  2. Captcha : Add google captcha before the user submits the form. Click Save, if the settings on Captcha are right.

In the form area, You can add the same components like you do at compose on the form.

Do you want to make changes in the Form Template Configuration API? Click Configuration.

After you have finished editing the Template API Form and want to see the results, click Preview.

Do you want to make changes in the page template or Page Configuration? click Back.

After the process changes on the page template, and checking the data in Configuration is completely finished, you can click Save Template.
