How to Make a Payment
To make a payment, you must access to our payment system. The first step to enter into the MTARGET payment system is: Click the user menu, then select the Billing menu.
If you have never subscribed to MTARGET, then you will be directed to choose an MTARGET subscription package. Select the MTARGET subscription package that you want.
After choosing a subscription package, you will be directed to the Billing page. You can choose a payment method, enter a promo code, and get a payment summary.
After you pay, you will get an Invoice for the payment.
If you are dealing MTARGET per month, then you will get bills via email one week before getting a subscription due.
Payment method
There are 3 types of payment methods that you can use:
1. Bank Transfer
By selecting Bank Transfer, you can transfer to BCA account number 5425129799 (PT Target Sukses Sinergi - BCA Menara Palma). After that you can start payment. If you have finished the transfer, confirm payment via invoice or you can enter the Billing menu then click the ‘Confirm Payment’ button to confirm payment by uploading the payment receipt file.
If you have finished uploading proof of payment, contact us via live chat on the website for us to process.
2. Vitrual Account
Make sure you have selected the package you want, then select Transfer to Virtual Account. Once selected, click Pay Now, an information popup will appear for payment. Make sure the number of items that appear as you want.
Click Continue to continue payment. Select the bank that you want to use to make payments.
After that, steps will appear to make payments and you will get a Virtual Account number. Click ‘Download Instructions’ if you want to save how to make payments through a Virtual Account. After that click, continue.
Choose the bank that suits you best. We have payment options using Virtual Accounts at BCA, Mandiri, BNI, Permata. But if you use other than the Bank previously mentioned, you can choose Other Bank.
Note You have 1 x 24 hours to pay via bank transfer and Virtual Account. Unpaid status indicates that you have not paid or your payment has not been received. Please wait 10 minutes, and return to the payment status page. If the payment is successful, the status will change to Paid.
3. Credit card
By selecting Credit Card, you can make transactions directly using our payment partner (Midtrans).
Make sure you have chosen the package you want, then select Credit Card. Once selected, click Pay Now, then an information popup will appear for payment. Make sure the number of items that appear as you want.
Click Continue to continue payment.
Enter your credit card number, validity period and your credit card security code. Then click Confirm Payment.
Next, you will be asked to enter the OTP code sent to your mobile number. If the transaction is successful, a notification will appear that the transaction was successful in the process. Click Done to see transaction status.
Unpaid status indicates that you have not paid or your payment has not been received. Please wait 10 minutes, and return to the payment status page. If the payment is successful, the status will change to Paid.
